WIN your 2020 New Year’s Resolution with Marshes!

Do you have a New Year’s resolution for 2020? Our resolution is to help 3 lucky people with theirs this January!

If you’ve got a resolution in mind (getting fit, changing your diet, starting a class, reading more etc), be sure to enter our competition on-mall for your chance to win!

How to enter: all you have to do is fill out your resolution via the form on-mall, pop it in an envelope and submit it here at Marshes.

We’ll be choosing one winner per week to help kickstart their resolution, so get entering now for the chance to WIN!

Competition T&Cs

1. The Promoter is Marshes Shopping Centre, Marshes Avenue, Dundalk, Co. Louth Ireland.
2. The Agency is MXB, 355 – 367 Lisburn Road, Belfast, County Antrim, BT9 7EP.
3. Entry is open to individual’s aged 18 and over.
4. Employees of Marshes Shopping Centre, Retailers/Merchants with Marshes Shopping Centre, MXB and 3rd Party agencies are not eligible to enter.
5. By entering, you agree to be contacted by the Promoter or Agency about the competition and for the Promoter or Agency to use the information submitted for any purpose in connection with the promotion.
6. The competition will be open from Thursday 16^th January until 31^st January. One winner will be selected each week (3 winners in total). Winners will be selected at random.
7. The winner will be notified via email or phone call and have 24 hours to respond. In the event that the winner does not respond within 24 hours a new winner will be picked.
8. Prizes: a helping hand to kickstart your 2020 New Year’s resolution (capped value: €200 per prize)
9. Entry is limited to one per person. Entry mechanic: fill out your resolution, pop it in an envelope and submit in an envelope on the wall at Marshes for review. Please seal envelope or give your envelope to a member of staff behind customer services.
10. The Promoter and Agency reserve the right to request verification of the winners Date of Birth and residency before a prize can be provided. In the event that a winner does not provide proof of date of birth and / or residency, the Promoter reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
11. By entering, the winner is agreeing to have their photo taken for use on social media.
12. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available. No purchase necessary.
13. The prize will be required to be collected from Marshes Shopping Centre.
14. All prizes will be allocated at the discretion of the Promoter.
15. The Promoter and the Agency accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition or in making any arrangements for receipt / collection of the prize.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or end this competition and /or prize fund without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
17. Personal info will be deleted after the competition. Only member of the agency MXB, acting on behalf of Marshes Shopping Centre will have access to this information.
