December Giveaway T&C’s

Eligibility:

1. The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, excluding employees of Marshes Shopping Centre.
2. Participants must make a purchase at any store within Marshes Shopping Centre during the giveaway period to receive an entry form.

Giveaway Period:

3. The giveaway begins on Friday 8^th December and ends on 22^nd December 2023. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Entry Mechanic:

4. To enter, participants must make a purchase at any store within Marshes Shopping Centre and collect an entry form from the respective store.
5. Completed entry forms must be placed in the designated entry box located at the Customer Services desk within the shopping centre.

Entry Requirements:

6. Only one entry form is permitted per transaction.
7. Entry forms must be completed in full, including the participant's name, contact number, and email address.

Prize:

8. The giveaway includes staggered draws for Marshes Shopping Centre gift vouchers, with varying values. The final €1000 giveaway draw will take place on Thursday 21st December.
9. The total value of all vouchers is €4000.

Winner Selection:

10. Winners will be selected through random draws conducted at the Marshes Shopping Centre throughout December.
11. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 5 days of the draw date.
12. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 days or is ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Redemption:

13. Winners must collect their vouchers in person at the Customer Services desk within 14 days of notification.
14. Proper identification is required for voucher collection.
15. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Publicity:

16. By entering the giveaway, participants grant Marshes Shopping Centre the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Privacy:

17. Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.

General Conditions:

18. Marshes Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice.
19. Marshes Shopping Centre is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
20. Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Marshes Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms.
